In Chelyabinsk, one person died when the ceiling of a building under construction collapsed.

One person died when the ceiling of a two-story building under construction on Truda Street in Chelyabinsk collapsed. This was reported on March 10 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Chelyabinsk region.

"It was established that when the roof was filled in, it collapsed, followed by the collapse of the ceiling between the first and second floors. According to preliminary data, one person was killed in the incident. Specialists are unblocking it. There is no further threat of collapse," the Telegram channel said.

The ministry clarified that 50 people and 15 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the incident.

On February 26, in the town of Pionersky, Kaliningrad region, a 32-year-old slinger and a 35-year-old crane operator were injured when a crane fell at a construction site. They were hospitalized with various injuries.
