The program of the third Moscow Summer Music Festival Zaryadye, which will be held from July 2-6, will include works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Giuseppe Verdi, Modest Mussorgsky. This was told by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina.

"Over a month, more than 60 domestic and foreign ensembles, including orchestras, choirs and choreographic groups, will perform at the Zaryadye Hall. Among other things, large—scale opera productions have been prepared for citizens and tourists," Sergunina said.

Opera singer Ildar Abdrazakov, conductor Valery Gergiev, pianist Denis Matsuev and other famous representatives of the musical field will be on stage.

One of the key themes of the festival will be the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War: on June 21, a concert "Memory of the Heart" by the Oleg Lundstrem State Chamber Orchestra of Jazz Music will be held. Instrumental arrangements of songs by Soviet composers about the war, which have become symbols of the era, will be performed there.

The Moscow State Symphony Orchestra has prepared the Opera and Tango program. Guests will also enjoy La Traviata, staged by the Nizhny Novgorod State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after A.S. Pushkin. The symphony orchestra of the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia will also perform at the festival.

The State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia named after E.F. Svetlanov will perform the literary and musical composition "Swan Lake". Guests will be able to listen to the choir, assembled especially for the festival in the Zaryadye Hall.
