A sharp cold snap was predicted in the Amur region

Weather forecasters predicted sharp temperature changes in the near future in the Amur region. Up to two monthly precipitation rates will fall in some places.

On March 10, the air temperature in the south of the Amur region exceeded 0 degrees. On March 11, temperatures will exceed long-term averages by 4-9 degrees. At the same time, a sharp cold snap is expected by March 14. The air temperature will be 4-7 degrees below normal for the second decade of March. This is reported by PriamurMedia news agency.

The cold snap will be accompanied by an increase in wind up to 10-15 m/s.

Snow is expected to increase in the Khabarovsk Territory in the coming days. Ice is expected in some places. The wind speed will be up to 20 m/s.
