The expert named the top 10 liquid Chinese cars


Haval Jolion, Geely Coolray, Chery Tiggo 4 Pro were among the most liquid Chinese cars. Alexander Kornev, head of the Department for work with importers at Gazprombank Autoleasing, listed the key criteria for liquid cars from China to Izvestia and noted the most profitable models for ownership on the domestic car market.
"Liquid mass-produced cars are distinguished from others by their reliability and affordable price. On the contrary, machines known for their breakdowns and build quality problems are rapidly becoming cheaper in the secondary market because there is no demand for them. Good design, along with maintainability, are the foundation of customer habits. The price and cost of maintenance are looked at first. The operational experience is directly related to a well—developed network of services, the absence of problems with components and their quality," the expert explained.
At the same time, according to him, the simpler the car, the less likely it is to break down. Among the "complicating" factors are all—wheel drive, an abundance of electronic systems, complex units like intelligent suspension, new boxes and motors that have just been put on the conveyor. Therefore, liquid, i.e. reliable, cars should have a minimal but sufficient set of options, time-tested transmissions and engines, as well as a monoprivod, Kornev drew attention. In his opinion, the simplest and relatively affordable in their class meet these criteria the most, which is why Chinese crossovers are currently the most popular in Russia.

"One of the most affordable new crossovers, therefore a bestseller. The model is well adapted to our conditions, equipped with modern safety and comfort features. The list of disadvantages includes a suspension that "punches" on bad roads, a modest trunk and a thoughtful "robot," the expert said.
In second place is the Haval F7, which is one of the leaders in sales. This is a spacious and well-equipped car. However, he is criticized for the uncomfortable driver's seat for some passengers, fuel consumption and average handling.
Geely Coolray is on the third line.
"A time-tested crossover with a fast engine and good handling at an affordable price. They complain most often about weak paintwork, a modest set of "warm options" and a small trunk," said Kornev.
He further noted Geely Monjaro. The advantages of the car include dynamics, lighting, equipment, and the size of the cabin and luggage compartment. The disadvantages are the uneven quality of the parts and the thin paintwork.
Next in the ranking is Chery Tiggo 4 Pro.
"The richest equipment for budget crossovers, a comfortable interior and a pleasant taxiway. The disadvantages are most often recalled when talking about noise insulation, modest ground clearance, multimedia glitches and average ergonomics," the expert emphasized.
The Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max is in sixth place. A spacious family crossover with everything you need for long and comfortable trips. Among its disadvantages are illogical ergonomics, weak paint, and a suspension not suitable for bad roads.
The seventh position is occupied by Changan CS35 Plus. This car is praised for its good equipment, handling, light and appearance. Car owners complain most often about the noise in the cabin, slow multimedia and not a very comfortable driver's seat.
Next comes the Omoda C5.
"An affordable and impressive-looking crossover. Many smart safety and comfort features. Among the disadvantages are a modest trunk, electronics failures, poor visibility for some, and average dynamics," Kornev described the car.
The Tank 300 is on the ninth line. According to the expert, this car has an unusual design, good off-road capabilities and decent equipment for the class are a plus. Among the disadvantages are uncomfortable seats, a shaky suspension, a modest trunk, but an immodest expense.
GS8 closes the GAC rating.
"A balanced large car with a spacious interior and sufficient dynamics for the city and highway. The main disadvantage is the cost, but in its class it is one of the available models," said Kornev.
Earlier, on February 27, Sergey Tselikov, director of the Autostat analytical agency, said that Russia had recorded a historical record for sales of new pickups in a year. By the end of last year, 29.2 thousand such cars were sold in the country, with an annual increase of 65%.
