The fourth Moscow Fashion Week will bring together talented designers from all over the country

The fourth Moscow Fashion Week will be held at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall from March 13 to 18. Visitors will enjoy screenings of Russian and foreign brands, lectures by leading experts, an open market, a professional showroom and the World Fashion Shorts short film festival.

"Moscow Fashion Week will be held in the capital for the fourth time. This year, there will be more than 90 screenings. In total, over 180 brands from 27 regions of Russia will be on display at the Arena. More than 100 university students will also present collective screenings. In addition, lectures and workshops by industry representatives will be available during Moscow Fashion Week," said Alexey Fursin, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Moscow Department of Culture.

The event will be attended by more than 180 brands (including more than 100 from Moscow) from 27 regions of Russia, including Moscow, Ivanovo, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov and Tyumen regions, Krasnodar and Primorsky Krai, the Republics of Buryatia, Dagestan, Komi, Sakha (Yakutia) and Tatarstan.

An open market will be open daily in the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, where everyone will be able to purchase clothes, shoes and accessories by Russian designers. Visitors are expected from 13:00 to 21:00.

For the first time, the collective stand "Made in Moscow" of the City Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development will be presented at the market. 11 metropolitan designers will present their collections there. In total, 100 designer brands from Moscow and other Russian cities will be able to purchase clothes and accessories at the Moscow Fashion Week market. It will be possible to register for free on the official website.

On the ground floor, the Moscow bar will open for visitors to fashion shows with treats and drinks from the capital's brands participating in the Made in Moscow project.

A lecture hall with daily lectures will be open from 13:00 to 20:00 in the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege". Russian Russians and guests of the capital will be able to attend master classes free of charge upon registration and listen to leading experts who will talk about the Russian footprint in world fashion and the Russian code, current trends, legendary collections of fashion houses and the use of neural networks in the industry. The speakers will be Angelina Kushtina, editor-in-chief of Grazia digital platforms, Yurate Gurauskaite, editor-in-chief of the glossy U Magazine, Olga Sysoeva, trend analyst and art strategist, member of the Union of Designers of Russia, Ekaterina Svirina, brand development consultant, lecturer at leading universities in Moscow on the fashion industry, and many others. The program will be of interest to designers, students of specialized fields, entrepreneurs and marketers, as well as the general public. Free registration will be available on the official website.

The broadcast from the lecture hall is organized in the official community of the Moscow Fashion Week on the VKontakte social network.

Moscow Fashion Week brings together talented designers from all over the country. More than a thousand applications were received from 111 cities of Russia, including for the first time from Anapa, Bataysk, Beloretsk, Bratsk, Voskresensk, Gelendzhik, Dzerzhinsk, Dubna, Kamensk-Uralsky, Kolomna, Kurgan, Lytkarina, Ramenskoye, Severodvinsk, Taganrog and Ussuriysk and others. Every year, participants from other countries show interest in the event. Designers from China, Indonesia, South Africa, Turkey, India and Ethiopia will present their collections to a wide audience. Designers from Armenia and Tajikistan are among those who joined for the first time.

More than 100 students from Moscow and regional universities will conduct collective screenings. Among them are the Russian State University named after A.N. Kosygin, the Moscow Art and Industrial Institute, the Institute of Business and Design, the Online Academy of Branding and Design Metrics and Ivanovo State Polytechnic University. Young designers will present more than 200 images.

For the first time at Moscow Fashion Week, the Moscow 24 TV channel's on-site studio will be open all day with daily live broadcasts, reports and interviews. Leading fashion experts, Russian and foreign designers, bloggers and many other industry representatives are expected to be among her guests.

The event will be covered by Russian media, bloggers, influencers, as well as foreign journalists from leading glossy and news outlets in Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, India, Indonesia and other countries.

The organizer of the Moscow Fashion Week is the Fashion Foundation with the support of the Moscow Government.
