Honored Artist of Russia Tatiana Govorova has died.


Honored Artist of Russia Tatyana Govorova died on March 9 at the age of 85, the press service of the Moscow Theater named after Maria N. Ermolova reported on March 10 on the official website.
"A wonderful artist, a sympathetic, wise and beloved person was gone. <...> In 1961, Tatiana Govorova joined the Ermolova Theater and remained faithful to it to the end," the theater's press service writes.
It is specified that the theater will announce the date, place and time of farewell to the actress later.
Tatiana Govorova was born in 1940 in Chisinau. After graduating from the drama studio at the Central Children's Theater, she joined the Ermolova Theater. During her career, she played many roles, including Atamansha ("The Snow Queen"), Varvara Dolgova ("Killer Whale"), Pelageya Egorovna ("Poverty is not a vice"), Miss Andrew ("Mary Poppins"), Valya ("Baikal Quadrille").
