Actor Simon Fischer-Becker, who played in Harry Potter, has died.

British actor Simon Fisher-Becker, known for his roles in the Doctor Who series and the Harry Potter franchise, died on March 9 at the age of 64. This was reported by the Metro newspaper on March 10.

"Today I lost not only a client in the person of Simon Fischer-Becker, but also a close friend with whom we had been involved for 15 years," his agent Kim Berry shared with the publication.

Fischer-Becker made his big-screen debut in 1990, starring in the film "The Seven Hills of Rome," where he played a store manager.

The actor gained his greatest fame after playing Tony Fazakerley in the TV series "Puppy Love", as well as for the role of Dorium Maldovar in the TV series "Doctor Who".

The actor also received a lot of attention for his role as the ghost of the Fat Monk in the movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. In total, he has 16 roles in films and television series. He was also a theater actor.
