A regime of "technological silence" will be established in Murmansk. The relevant resolution was signed by the head of the administration, Yuri Serdkin.

We are talking about a ban on excavation, repair work, and hydraulic testing of engineering networks in Murmansk. There is also a ban on work in the protected areas of electric grid facilities.

The regime will start operating on March 21 and end on March 28. It will not apply to cases of emergency work, writes the Bi-port news agency.

In mid-February, it was reported that work had begun on the first houses under the renovation program in Murmansk and Severomorsk. Specialists are changing the engineering networks of heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation, and repairing roofs. Contracts with contractors for most of the houses were signed at the end of last year.
