- The Sretensky Monastery Choir will present a new musical program dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory

The Sretensky Monastery Choir, with the support of Rosneft, begins a new tour with the musical production "Dedicated to the Great Victory." The premiere of the program will be held in Arkhangelsk on March 10, the company's press service said.
The musicians have collected the best works of the war years. The production is based on the real stories of the characters who passed from Moscow to Berlin. The stories are intertwined with music and poetry of wartime and connect historical memory with the life of a modern person.
Concerts will be held in 24 cities. Among them are Ryazan, Krasnodar, Saratov, Samara, Ufa, Tyumen, Nefteyugansk and others. The tour will end on July 3 with a concert in Sochi.
Rosneft has been supporting the Sretensky Monastery Choir since 2015. During this time, the musical group has successfully conducted many concert tours. In the past years, such productions as "The Unholy Saints", "The Romanovs", "Russia: Time, forward!", "Masterpieces of World Culture", "Life" and "Songs of Our Parents" took place.
The Sretensky Monastery Men's Choir is one of the most famous musical groups in Russia. It is headed by Regent Andrey Poltorukhin. The choir has a unique performing style that allows you to hear and experience both sacred music and well-known folk and popular songs in a new way.
