Russia has protested to Britain over false information from embassy staff

Russia has strongly protested to the UK because some employees of the diplomatic mission provided false information when receiving permission to enter the country. This was reported on March 10 on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"The Russian side has strongly protested in connection with the revealed facts that some employees of the diplomatic mission knowingly provided false information when receiving permission to enter Russia, which is a violation of paragraph 2 of Article 26 of the Federal Law," the ministry said in a statement.
