Sobyanin spoke about prefab technologies in the construction of renovation houses

Prefab technologies, which are used in the construction of houses under the Renovation Program, reduce construction time by 30-50%, said Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

These technologies have been implemented since 2022. "Some of the building's structural elements are pre—manufactured in factories and assembled together at the construction site," Sobyanin said.

According to him, as a result, labor costs per 1 square meter of area are reduced by two to three times. The operating time of houses built using prefab technologies is 100 years or more.

Examples of such buildings are the House in Cherepanov Passage and the apartment complex on Tashkent Street.

The mayor added that almost all the materials used in the construction and decoration of buildings under the Renovation Program are of domestic production. "Their quality is not inferior to imported analogues," Sobyanin stressed.
