On March 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the development of a basic regional standard for providing social assistance to soldiers of a special military operation (SVO).

The Russian leader also instructed to extend the activities of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation to family members of the missing special operation participants.

In addition, he instructed to protect payments for minor children of deceased servicemen.
