Chinese Ambassador to Russia comments on Beijing's position on conflicts in the Middle East

During his visit to Beijing, the Secretary of the Security Council praised relations with China, where they closely monitor the dialogue between the Russian Federation and the United States.

"China always stands for peace and makes efforts to facilitate negotiations. China is effectively creating platforms for dialogue and consultation for the international community and building momentum for peace, whether it's promoting reconciliation between Saudi Arabia and Iran or achieving historic reconciliation between the various factions within Palestine," the diplomat said.

Choosing a peaceful solution to the issues is not a temporary measure or a diplomatic formulation, the Chinese ambassador stressed.
