Chinese Ambassador to Russia comments on China's nuclear weapons policy

China remains the only major power that has enshrined peaceful development in the country's constitution and the charter of the ruling party. This was stated in an exclusive article for Izvestia by Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui.
