Over the year, the demand for daily rental housing increased by 51%


Over the past year, the number of daily apartment bookings has increased by 51%. This was told to Izvestia in the Avito Travel service.
Positive dynamics was noted in all regions, but the demand for daily rent increased especially noticeably in Adygea (2.2 times), the Magadan Region, the Trans-Baikal Territory and Dagestan (2.1 times), the Khabarovsk Territory and the Omsk Region (+93% each).
On average, the supply of daily housing in Russia increased by 34% compared to February last year. Of the top 20 most popular tourist regions, the largest increase was in the Samara and Leningrad regions, Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Rostov and Moscow regions.
The average cost of daily rent of an apartment in February 2025 was 3 thousand rubles.
