Three people died in an accident in the Astrakhan region.

An accident occurred on the Astrakhan—Makhachkala highway, as a result of which three people were killed. This was reported to TASS on March 9 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region.

According to law enforcement agencies, a man driving a Lada Granta car drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Ford Fiesta car.

The Lada driver and his passenger died on the spot from the impact. And the driver of the second vehicle died in an ambulance.

At the moment, the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Limansky district is establishing the circumstances of the accident.
