Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), admitted that the tournaments of the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) may be held in Russia again.

"We believe that we will be able to resume UFC events in Russia soon. Follow the news," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Dmitriev also congratulated Russian MMA fighter Magomed Ankalaev, who defeated Brazilian Alex Pereira and became the UFC light heavyweight champion.
