Temporary restrictions on aircraft production have been introduced at Astrakhan and Kazan airports.

Astrakhan and Kazan airports have introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft. This was announced on Sunday, March 9, by the press secretary of the Federal Air Transport Agency (FAFT) Artem Korenyako.

"To ensure the safety of flights of civil aircraft (AF), temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have also been introduced at the airports of Astrakhan and Kazan," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Korenyako clarified that the aircraft crews, air traffic controllers and airport staff are taking the necessary measures to ensure flight safety.
