"According to the survey results, 42% of Russians believe that female managers are stricter than men. Among the main reasons, respondents noted women's higher demands for discipline (36%), a penchant for detailed control (29%) and a desire to prove their competence (24%)," the survey showed.

Among the respondents, it is believed that leadership positions force women to be strict and demanding in order to strengthen their authority in the work team.

At the same time, 48% of respondents noted that the nature and style of management depends primarily on a person's personal qualities, and not on gender. Also, 26% of female-led employees indicated that female bosses can often be more gentle than men.

"At the same time, one in three respondents believes that women in stressful situations can show more emotions than their male counterparts. However, 44% are sure that emotionality does not interfere with management, but rather makes interaction with the team more human," reports "Газета.Ru ".

On March 6, Russians spoke about the impact of the midlife crisis on their careers. Half of the respondents (50%) admitted that they were unable to realize the dreams they had built at the beginning of their career. Nevertheless, 24% of respondents remain optimistic.: They are confident that they are moving in the right direction, despite the fact that they have not yet achieved their goals.
