Partly cloudy, with no precipitation and up to +11 degrees — this weather awaits residents of the capital on Sunday, March 9. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +9 to +11 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to -2 degrees.

In the Moscow region, it is forecast from +7 to +12 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to -4 degrees.

A westerly wind with a speed of 6-11 m/s is expected.

The atmospheric pressure will be 748 mmHg.

On March 1, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, predicted warming in the capital at the beginning of the month. According to him, the temperature will rise to +3 degrees during the day. However, on February 26, the weather forecaster warned that March is a winter month according to meteorological characteristics. According to Vilfand, the average March temperature will be negative.
