Billionaire Sachs accused Biden and USAID of profiting from the Ukrainian conflict

American billionaire David Sachs said that the United States should not have intervened in the Ukrainian conflict, and also accused the family of former President Joe Biden and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) of profiting from it.
