In Sevastopol, the movement of marine passenger transport was temporarily restricted. This was announced on Saturday, March 8, by the Directorate for the development of the city's road transport infrastructure.
"Marine passenger transport has suspended traffic," the agency wrote on Telegram at 22:04 Moscow time.
They added that rolling stock will be organized to work on the compensation route.
Earlier, the suspension of marine passenger transport was notified at 11:32 Moscow time on the same day. After an hour, the restrictions were lifted.
The reasons for the suspension are not specified.
On March 7, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev announced that four drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had been shot down over the Black Sea. He also stressed that the air defense forces in the city continue to repel the enemy's attack.
