The injection of funds into the Ukrainian conflict is destroying the German economy. This was announced on Saturday, March 8, by Maximilian Krah, a member of the European Parliament and a member of Alternative for Germany.

"The government supports the <conflict> and thereby destroys our energy partnership with Russia, our export market linked to the Russian economy and China," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Krach, Germany spends a lot of money on Ukraine for no purpose, and the funds there are lost in corruption. The politician stressed that for this reason he wants to stop the conflict.

A member of Alternative for Germany also raised the refugee issue, pointing out that 50% of Ukrainians in Germany do not work and receive social benefits, and the German leadership provides them with too "generous" social support.

The crash cited Poland as an example, where the figure is 20%.

On March 8, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the country's economy had lost €20 billion in three years of conflict in Ukraine. He noted that this is a very serious loss for such a large national economy.
