As a result of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the village of Bolshesoldatsky district of the Kursk region, 14 houses were damaged. This was announced on Saturday, March 8, by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

The strike hit the village of Makhov Kolodez.

"14 houses on Novoselovka Street were damaged – facades were cut off, windows were blown out," Khinshtein said in a Telegram channel.

The acting head of the Kursk region stressed that no one was injured in the incident.

On March 8, a married couple was injured in an attack on the village of Giryi in the Belovsky district of the region. A 51-year-old woman suffered shrapnel wounds to her abdomen, arms and legs, while a 56-year—old man suffered multiple shrapnel wounds to his chest, head and back.
