The Ministry of Defense reported 31 intercepted UAVs over the regions of Russia.

The Air Defense Forces intercepted 31 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the regions of Russia. This was announced on March 8 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"During the past night, 31 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the press service said on the department's Telegram channel.

It is specified that 26 drones were shot down over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, three UAVs over the territory of the Bryansk region and one drone each over the territories of the Leningrad and Yaroslavl regions.

On the night of February 26, 128 Ukrainian UAVs were launched across the regions of Russia.

The day before, the Ministry of Defense reported 39 intercepted UAVs over the regions of Russia. It is specified that 14 UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, 12 more over the Black Sea, seven drones over the territory of the Kursk region, three UAVs over the Sea of Azov and one each over the territories of the Rostov, Belgorod and Oryol regions.
