Military personnel of the Zapad group congratulated women on International Women's Day

Military personnel of the Zapad group of forces performing combat missions in the special military operation zone congratulated women on International Women's Day on March 8. The video message was provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"Today we turn with special warmth and appreciation to our lovely ladies. March 8 is the day when we celebrate your incredible strength, beauty and kindness. Your care and love create an atmosphere of comfort and harmony in every home," the video message reads.

The fighters expressed gratitude to the fair sex for their ability to understand, support, and give hope, faith, and inspiration. The servicemen also expressed gratitude to the women for their help and prayers.

The video greeting was attended by servicemen of the 27th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 1st Guards Tank Army of the Zapad Group of Forces, soldiers of the 83rd self-propelled artillery Regiment of the 25th Combined Arms Army of the Zapad, and soldiers of the assault unit of the 810th Separate Guards Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet.
