Dismantling works are being completed at the education center No. 23 in Obukhov.

The overhaul of the education center No. 23 continues in the Obukhovo work settlement of the Bogorodsky City District (Moscow Region). The work has been completed by 35%, according to the regional Ministry of the Construction complex.

As of March 7, construction workers are completing demolition work in the building and have already begun finishing work. The facade and roof are also being repaired. Overall, the construction readiness is 35%.

The area of the education center No. 23, located on Lenin Street, 85, is about 1.8 thousand square meters. m. The building was built in 1937, according to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. The repair project provides for the renovation of the roof and facade, the installation of entrances, the replacement of engineering systems, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area, the purchase of new furniture and equipment.

The work is carried out within the framework of the regional state program at the expense of the budget. The renovation is scheduled to be completed in 2025.

In February, it was reported that 119 educational facilities are planned to be renovated in the Moscow Region in 2025. We are talking about schools, kindergartens, colleges, institutions of additional education and children's art schools.
