Blogger Mitroshina directed the income from her courses to the accounts of three sole proprietors

Blogger Alexandra Mitroshina, who was detained on suspicion of money laundering on a particularly large scale, sent income from her courses to the accounts of three sole proprietors. This was announced on March 7 by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office.

Mitroshina, in order to give the appearance of legitimate possession, use and disposal of funds illegally obtained as a result of tax evasion, legalized them by <...> making payments under an equity agreement, thus disguising the connection of legalized funds with the criminal source of their origin

The prosecutor's office clarified that in the period from 2020 to 2022, the blogger, being an individual entrepreneur (IE) and applying the simplified taxation system, exceeded the limit and received income from the provision of additional education services in a significantly larger amount.

To avoid paying taxes, the girl arranged for funds to be transferred directly to the accounts of three individual entrepreneurs providing services to her sole proprietor.

According to the Moscow prosecutor's office, the blogger evaded paying taxes on more than 127 million rubles. She legalized these funds by making payments under an equity participation agreement.

The Telegram channel of the Main Investigative Directorate (GSO) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the capital clarifies that the blogger will be checked for involvement in other crimes in the economic sphere.

The blogger stated that she is ready for the harshest sentence if the court gives her the opportunity to raise children.

Earlier that day, the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Moscow announced the initiation of a criminal case against Mitroshina under paragraph "b" of part 4 of Article 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The blogger was detained in the Krasnodar Territory. The ministry clarified that the girl will soon be taken to the capital, where investigators will begin her interrogation.
