According to investigators, the blogger "laundered" more than 127 million rubles through the purchase of real estate in Moscow.

The investigation will request an arrest. She faces up to seven years in prison.

The reason for the criminal case was Mitroshina's attempt to legalize unpaid taxes after buying a building on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street in Moscow for 60.25 million rubles.

In 2023, blogger Alexandra Mitroshina became a defendant in a criminal case on tax evasion in the amount of over 120 million rubles. Then she claimed that she had paid off the main tax arrears in the amount of 127 million rubles.

Alexander Mitroshin — biography

Alexandra Mitroshina was born on June 27, 1994 in Petrozavodsk. The girl's family soon moved to Moscow, and the future blogger's childhood years were mostly spent in the capital.

After graduating from high school, the girl enrolled in the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University (MSU), and then at the Higher School of Economics, majoring in Media Production. She gained her first media experience working for radio Moscow FM.

By Mitroshina's own admission, she invested almost all of her salary in her Instagram blog (the social network belongs to the Meta organization, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation). The girl created a social network page back in 2011, the year the online platform was founded, but for a long time she failed to develop an account and gain a large number of subscribers.

According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, income from the sale of Mitroshina's courses in 2023 exceeded the limit for the simplified taxation system used by the girl. At the same time, she did not switch to the general system, thereby avoiding paying VAT and personal income tax. In an attempt to circumvent tax legislation, the blogger allegedly organized the transfer of money from her business account directly to affiliated and controlled sole proprietors.

At the same time, Mitroshina herself had previously admitted that she had problems with the tax. The girl wrote that the court charged her with 200 million in debt, but assured her that she had never hidden her income and would resolve the situation in accordance with the law.

According to media reports, Mitroshina owns a luxury three-room apartment in the center of Moscow with an area of up to 111 square meters.
