Experts have predicted a rise in prices in hotels in the Krasnodar Territory

Room rental prices in four-star hotels in Gelendzhik, Sochi and Anapa have increased. In 2024, the average cost of renting a room in these cities was 10, 13 and 18 thousand rubles, respectively, which is 15-17% higher than the same indicator of the previous year, analysts at the Luchi resort told Izvestia. According to experts, in 2025, the price increase will be at least another 15%.
"The average cost of one night in a four-star Anapa hotel in the summer of 2024 was 18 thousand rubles. In 2025, during the holiday season, a room will cost an average of 20,700 rubles, taking into account inflation and the growing demand for holidays in the region. You can make a reservation with a minimum margin if you do it 3-6 months before the start of the season. However, those who decide to rent a room in the last two months before the start of the season will pay 20% and sometimes 30% more than in the off—season," said Olga Nart, commercial director of the Luchi resort.
Analysts, citing information from Rosstat and the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, clarified that the main reasons for the price increase were inflation, rising hotel maintenance costs and increased demand for holiday resorts. In addition, hotels invest in improving service, upgrading infrastructure and introducing new technologies, which also affects the cost of living.
Experts added that an increase in tourist traffic could increase prices by 5-10%, and with an average annual inflation of 5-7%, prices would rise by 15% in two years.
Earlier, on February 23, experts from the OneTwoTrip travel planning service told Izvestia about popular spring destinations. According to their information, Russians are more likely to choose Sochi, Lake Ladoga and Dagestan for recreation. Experts singled out Egypt, Japan and Turkey among the foreign destinations.
