The average price of car tires in Russia is named

In February 2025, the average price for a new summer tire for passenger cars in the price segments, excluding premium, was 10.7 thousand rubles. The National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI) announced this on March 7 in its Telegram channel.

Compared to February 2024, the average price of a summer tire has hardly changed, then it was 10.6 thousand rubles. This figure was the lowest over the past year in November 2024, when it dropped to 8,9 thousand rubles.

Over the same period, winter tires have increased in price: if in February last year one tire cost 8.7 thousand rubles, then in February this year it cost 9.6 thousand rubles.

In one month of this year, from January to February, winter tires fell in price by 1%, and summer tires rose in price by 1%.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that women's spending on car maintenance and repair in Russia was higher than that of men. So, according to the results of the first two months of 2025, the average receipts for car maintenance and repair for women amounted to 12.1 thousand rubles. The average cost of a visit to a service station for men was 6% lower and amounted to 11.4 thousand rubles.

As Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said on March 3, despite the fact that March is forecast to be warmer than usual in Moscow this year, it is not worth changing tires on a car at least until the end of the first spring month.
