In Moscow, a man was arrested who damaged an ATM with a firecracker in a shopping center. This was announced on March 7 by the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's office.
"Taking into account the position of the Babushkin interdistrict prosecutor's office, the court has detained a man accused of committing illegal acts in the premises of a credit and financial institution on Snezhnaya Street," the report said.
