Orban announced a poll in Hungary on Ukraine's accession to the EU.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced on March 7 his intention to conduct a survey among the country's citizens regarding their opinion on Ukraine's membership in the European Union (EU).
"We are launching a public opinion poll on Ukraine's accession to the EU," he wrote on his Facebook page (owned by the recognized extremist Meta company, its activities are banned in the Russian Federation).
Orban warned that no one can make decisions "over the head of the Hungarian people."
In late February, Orban promised that Kiev would never join the EU, contrary to Budapest's opinion. According to him, Ukraine is not waiting to join NATO, but to become a buffer zone between the North Atlantic Alliance and Russia.
