The Tagansky District Court of Moscow fined Google 3.5 million rubles. This was reported on March 7 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"The Moscow court has brought Google LLC to administrative responsibility for non—fulfillment of duties by the owner of the social network. <...> Google LLC has been found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 13.50 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the Telegram channel says.

As the Izvestia correspondent clarifies from the courtroom, the company did not remove the advertising of alcoholic beverages, thereby inciting minors to illegal activities.

Earlier, on March 4, it was reported that the court of appeal approved an administrative penalty for Google in the form of an 8 billion fine. The company was found guilty of evading administrative punishment (Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
