Ukraine's energy and gas infrastructure facilities were damaged after explosions in the country. This was announced on March 7 by the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, German Galushchenko.

"Wherever possible, rescuers and power engineers are working to eliminate the consequences," he wrote on his Facebook page (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist in Russia and banned).

The Minister added that all measures are being taken to stabilize the electricity and gas supply.

Earlier, on March 2, the Russian army attacked Ukrainian gas processing facilities that provided the country's military-industrial complexes. In addition to them, military airfields and workshops for the production of drones have also become targets.
