The former Olympian became one of the top wanted criminals by the FBI

Former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Vedding has entered the top 10 most wanted criminals by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for organizing an international drug trafficking network. This was reported on March 7 by NBC News.
"The former Olympic snowboarder, accused of organizing a transnational drug trafficking operation that allegedly killed four people, is now on the FBI's list of 10 most wanted fugitives," the published material says.
Vedding is accused of organizing a large international drug trafficking network, in which hundreds of kilograms of cocaine were regularly trafficked from Colombia across the border with Mexico to the United States and Canada. He was also involved in several murders during his illegal activities.
Currently, the FBI assumes that the perpetrator may reside somewhere in Mexico, and he should be considered "armed and dangerous."
"The State Department is offering a reward of $10 million for any information leading to Vedding's arrest, and the FBI is offering an additional $50,000 dollars for information leading to his detention, arrest and extradition," the TV channel reports.
On November 26, one of the most wanted criminals in the United States was detained in the UK. 46-year-old Daniel Andreas San Diego was detained in rural North Wales. He was wanted for two terrorist attacks in California in 2003. He is also accused of having links to a radical animal rights group. In 2009, San Diego was added to the FBI's list of most wanted terrorists.
