The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of the destruction of an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by an ATGM calculation in the DPR

Military personnel of the Vostok group of forces used anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM) to destroy a US-made MaxxPro armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Yuzhnodonets direction. The footage was shown on March 7 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"The specific job is that we move to a certain firing position, take up some point for firing at the enemy and observe. In case of detection of enemy equipment, we fire on it. The ultimate target is the MaxxPro armored personnel carrier. The car was completely hit," said the commander of the crew with the call sign Oscar.

Having detected a combat vehicle, the ATGM operator launches a guided missile through the wire, which hits targets with high accuracy at a distance of up to 5 km. Using anti-tank guided missiles, Russian military personnel have repeatedly destroyed equipped command posts, firing nests or long-term structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The professional use of ATGM by Russian fighters makes it possible to minimize risks for personnel and achieve goals at significant distances.

On the eve of March 6, the Russian Defense Ministry published footage of the destruction of the T-64 tank of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by an FPV drone on the fiber of the Zapad group of forces in the area of a special operation in the Kharkiv region. The video shows the precise hit of an attack drone into enemy armored vehicles camouflaged in a wooded area.
