Law enforcement agencies have detained a man who went missing in St. Petersburg 18 years ago. A source told Izvestia about this on March 7.
It is reported that in September 2007, 14-year-old teenager Dmitry Egorov went for a walk and did not return home.
The man, who was reported missing, was detained by law enforcement officers at the passport office, where he came to change his documents.
