Putin noted the importance of providing prompt assistance to the relatives of the victims in their homeland.

The relatives of the dead and injured in the special military operation zone should be provided with all types of assistance, including psychological, from the very first days. This was announced on March 6 by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"It is necessary, of course, at the first stages, right from the first days, to provide a variety of types [of support], including psychological assistance, to the relatives of the injured children, especially those who died," the head of state noted.
