All the pledged obligations of the Russian budget will be fulfilled regardless of the ruble exchange rate. This statement was made to journalists on March 6 by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov.

"All the plans and obligations laid down will be fulfilled, regardless of what course will be followed," TASS quoted him as saying.
