Mostly cloudy weather is expected in Moscow on March 8th and 9th. This follows from the data of the meteorologists of the Yandex Weather service, which was reviewed by Izvestia on March 7.

It is specified that precipitation is not expected on March 8. Gusts of weak south-westerly wind will reach 3.6 m/s. In the morning, the temperature will be +1...+2 degrees, in the afternoon it will remain at +8, and by night it will drop to +2...+4. In the cities of Odintsovo, Podolsk, Lyubertsy, Vidnoye and Domodedovo, the temperature during the day will be about +6 degrees.

Clouds are also expected in the capital on March 9, and precipitation is not expected during the day. On Sunday morning, the minimum temperature will be +2, and the maximum will reach +4 degrees. According to the forecast, it will rise to +7...+8 degrees in the afternoon. The temperature will be +2...+3 degrees at night. The wind will be moderate, with gusts reaching 4 m/s in the afternoon. In the central districts of the capital, the temperature will be one degree higher throughout the day than in other parts of the city.

Meteorologists at Yandex Weather predicted that precipitation is also not expected in the Moscow Region on March 9. At the same time, the temperature will remain at the level of metropolitan values or a maximum of one degree lower.

On March 4, Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Service's crisis Management department, told Izvestia that the temperature in Moscow on March 8 and 9 would be five degrees above the climatic norm. The forecaster also noted that by the weekend, all the snow that has fallen in the last few days will melt.
