Four soldiers were injured in the crash of an American Black Hawk helicopter in Honduras. This was announced on March 5 by the country's civil aviation agency on the official page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
They noted that the incident occurred near the city of Comayagua, in the vicinity of the Enrique Soto Cano air base.
"The UH-60 helicopter (Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk. — Ed.) with four military personnel on board. <..."All of them were injured," the statement said.
The circumstances and causes of the incident are being investigated, the Honduran Civil Aviation Agency added.
Earlier, on February 19, it was reported that two people were killed as a result of a mid-air collision between two small planes in the southern US state of Arizona. The National Transportation Safety Board said it was investigating the crash.
