50 tons of frozen saury were not allowed to enter Primorsky Krai from China

Rosselkhoznadzor has suspended the import of Pacific frozen saury from China to Primorsky Krai. Products weighing almost 50 tons were found to be inconsistent with the unified veterinary and sanitary requirements.
In the press service of the agency PrimaMedia news agency was told that the fish cargo arrived at the temporary warehouse on February 27, and on March 4 it was presented for state veterinary control. The owner of the product was a company from Vladivostok.
During the verification of the documents, it turned out that the dates of production of the goods did not match on the labeling of the transport containers of controlled products and in the import veterinary certificate. This is a violation of the uniform veterinary requirements that were approved by the Customs Union Commission.
As a result, the Rosselkhoznadzor decided to suspend further movement of products. Only after the violations are eliminated will the cargo be allowed to be transported and sold.
Earlier, on March 4, it was reported that Rosselkhoznadzor is preparing for unscheduled inspections of the partners of the Svetofor retail chain. The Agency will evaluate the work of suppliers and manufacturers, those legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who store and sell their goods in the retailer's stores.
