Federal highways in the Moscow region will be prepared for the passage of the spring flood. This is reported by the online publication "Moscow region today" with reference to the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the region.
Specialists are already conducting an inspection of artificial structures and drainage systems. In addition, roads are being cleared of debris, ice and foreign objects.
900 special brigades have been formed to quickly respond to emergency situations. 450 units of special equipment have been mobilized, and more than 20 thousand cubic meters of inert materials have been harvested.
Earlier it was reported that almost 500 potentially dangerous roads in the Moscow region will be equipped with turn direction signs in 2025.
