Four paratroopers of the Ussuri Separate Guards Airborne Assault Brigade, operating as part of the North group of forces, captured 10 soldiers of the Armed Forces during an assault on a forest belt in the border area of the Kursk region Ukraine (APU).

"A task was received to move a group of four people to one of the forest belts to conduct reconnaissance and search operations. During the advance, several equipped positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were discovered. Passing from position to position, about 10 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were captured," said the assistant chief of intelligence with the call sign Zenit.

On the way back, during the evacuation of the Ukrainian prisoners, the group was attacked using a Baba Yaga hexacopter.

"The copter began to drop mines, two scouts did not lose their heads, stretched a thermal insulation blanket and hid a prisoner of war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under it," Zenit added.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces also opened mortar fire on the group leading out the prisoners.
