Servicemen of the Black Sea Fleet received new samples of equipment

The military personnel of the Black Sea Fleet received new samples of equipment and components for technical and operational units. The delivery was carried out to Sevastopol as part of a large-scale program organized by United Russia together with the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies and the Nasha Pravda Foundation.

"We have launched a marketplace where fighters working in the zone of combat contact can receive components for drones, for FPV, for reconnaissance drones, without moving away from the line of combat contact. This is very convenient," said Alexander Sidyakin, head of the Central Executive Committee of United Russia.

He added that in the near future, several parts of the Black Sea Fleet will be able to receive components for unmanned boats and means of countering them.

As part of further tests and improvements, the Katran multipurpose unmanned launch was delivered to the Black Sea Fleet, which is capable of performing combat duty in autonomous mode for a long time.

On February 18, it became known that the Russian Ministry of Defense a new system of innovative research has been created, development and implementation of the created samples based on their results weapons, military and special equipment. The new project was named Voentech (Military Technology Initiative). One of the key tasks of the direction is the training of specialists and the introduction of new products into the army.
