AvtoVAZ will produce passenger and all-metal vans, as well as chassis with an open cargo platform, under the SKM brand. This was reported to Izvestia on March 6 in the press service of the Russian enterprise.

SKM commercial vehicles will occupy a market niche between Lada Largus station wagons and larger commercial vehicles. The new brand of cars is aimed at private clients, representatives of small, medium and large businesses.

It is known that the SKM models will be distinguished by compact dimensions, modern technical equipment, as well as convenient loading and unloading.

March 4 AvtoVAZ announced the start of production and the start of sales of the Lada Vesta family with a new six-speed manual transmission (KP). The starting price of a sedan with such a transmission is 1.8 million rubles.

The new manual transmission is aggregated with a 122hp 1.8 Evo engine and is installed on all modifications of the Vesta family (sedan, station wagon and Cross versions).
