The Ka-52 helicopter attacked the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border area of the Kursk region

The crew of a Ka-52 military helicopter, while performing a combat mission to support units of the North group, launched a missile attack on an accumulation of manpower and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces Ukraine (APU) in the Kursk region. This was announced on March 6 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"A Ka-52m, as part of a mixed tactical group, struck with aircraft missiles at personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border area of the Kursk region," the military department said.

After striking the targets, the helicopter performed maneuvering at extremely low altitude, and also shot off heat traps.

The Defense Ministry stressed that the advanced aviation gunner confirmed the destruction of all targets.
