On the outskirts of Chasova Yar, artillery crews hit an AFU stronghold

On the outskirts of Chasova Yar, artillery crews of the Ivanovo Airborne unit hit a stronghold of the Armed Forces Ukraine (Ukrainian Armed Forces) with personnel. This was announced on March 6 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) confirmed the exact hit of the projectile and the destruction of the stronghold.

"We are helping our stormtroopers move forward and repel enemy counterattacks," said the platoon commander under the call sign Ivanich.

UAV operators constantly conduct aerial reconnaissance in the compound's area of responsibility, identifying various targets. During combat missions, the gunners strike at identified artillery firing positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition depots remote from the contact line, fortified strongpoints and long-term firing points, as well as concentrations of manpower of Ukrainian formations.

On March 1, snipers of the Ivanovo Airborne Troops unit two Baba Yaga hexacopters and two machine guns were destroyed APU points near the locality of Chasov Yar. It was clarified that the heavy drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were the first to be destroyed. Then, after moving to another position, two machine-gun crews and several AFU observers were eliminated.
