The Irish government has passed a law allowing troops to be sent to Ukraine

The Irish government has passed a bill that authorizes sending troops to Ukraine to protect Irish officials. This was reported on March 5 by the newspaper The Irish Times.
«[The changes] are especially important from the point of view of supporting Irish citizens, this contributes to the protection of our embassies and the performance of personal security functions abroad," the publication quotes Irish Defense Minister Simon Harris as saying.
Thus, special forces units of the Irish Defense Forces can be deployed to protect the country's embassy and representative offices in Ukraine and other countries.
March 3, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer заявил about the unwillingness to put the issue of sending troops to Ukraine to a vote. Prior to that, on February 28, Izvestia reported that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) may send an armed peacekeeping contingent similar to the UN contingents to Ukraine.
